Project Description

The Contractor shall provide the following services:

1. Design Services: o Architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical designs compliant with local regulations and seismic standards (for Ihsan 2). o Submission of finalized designs for Client approval.

2. Construction Services: o Installation and testing of electrical systems (wiring, distribution, lighting). o Installation and testing of plumbing systems (water supply, sewage, drainage).

3. Project Administration: o Coordination between stakeholders, timeline management, and progress reporting. o Oversight of compliance with contractual obligations.

4. Quality Assurance (QA): o Regular inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure adherence to design specifications and industry standards. Note: Civil works, road construction, and general building construction fall outside the Contractor’s responsibilities.
